"Fabulous hotel. Small but perfectly formed. Lovely staff who would bend over backwards to help. Arrived at local train station in a dreadful downpour with no taxis for the last 1/2 hour. Phoned hotel and they sorted out transport in minutes for us. The thermal pool was divine and the massage at the spa was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. "Marcel was absolutely amazing! When we arrived he checked us in, gave us a map of the area and explained different places to go, as well as ferry and bus options. Without him we would not have realised certain attractions are closed on Mondays and we would have missed them! The apartment was gorgeous - very clean and it had everything you could need including tea/coffee and laundry pods. I cannot recommend this place enough!!"
