"Staff are pretty nice and efficient. However, the facility is quite old, the walls are so thin that you can hear people walking, talking, baby crying. Room is also too warm for me."
"This is the best place we have stayed in Canada. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The manager and his family were also friendly and provided great information on things to do in the area.
We hired the ebikes for the day and cycled up to Lake Morraine, Lake Louise and the Great Divide trail.
All awesome.
The laundry was well priced and convenient.
Thanks to the entire team at Paradise Lodge for providing such a positive experience for us."
"We had amazing time. Our visit was a splurge but was worth it. My mom and dad met at Lake Louise years ago and fell in love with the mountains and each other. When I made dinner reservations days before we arrived, I shared this family story. Staff remembered, and asked additional questions. They made our visit extra special."
"Room was clean in detail ! Situated at the rear of the hotel, it was extremely quiet as well. The staff were informative and helpful. I was given two bottles of water upon Registration and departure.
Breakfast: Great coffee. A variety of Teas were available as well. Scrambled eggs, large waffles, bacon, sausages, and pan fried potatoes each day. White, brown, and whole wheat bread available for toast. Bananas were on hand and fruit juices in dispensers. Three cereal dispensers as well.
There is a coffee service available at the entrance to the dining room for those who wish to grab a cup and go.
There was large well-lit parking lot on the property.
Summary: Clean rooms, attentive, helpful staff, great brekkie, and great value ! I joined the BW Club and look forward to my next stay."
