This modern boutique hotel in the Chorsu area was absolutely delightful! Upon arrival, the delicious scent of cleanliness receives you and I started relaxing right away. The facilities are in top notch condition, the staff is welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was the best we had in Uzbekistan. Plentiful and varied, with many options for my vegetarian husband. Then room was comfortable and the mattress was soft and cozy. I wish we had stayed longer. The Marwa Hotel was the cherry on top of an unforgettable vacation traveling around Uzbekistan for three weeks. What a gem of a country! ❤️

The location is good but the area is everything but appealing to the eye. The breakfast is good although not really my taste. The only thing I really didn't like is the swimming pool. I wanted to go swimming but were told to make a reservation as the swimming pool and the sauna are together. The sauna was not hot enough with only 80 °C and the water in the swimming pool was weird as swimming produced some foam which dissolved quickly and the water burned in the eyes.

Best stay of my trip

You cannot demand more for such price! Everything was just perfect: service, breakfast, parking, politeness. Also: location is quite good and not to busy at the same time. The best part: you can book the SPA for free for just yourself for an hour: just perfect to relax after walking in 40-degrees. so: recommended hard!

Overrated for nothing.

The price doesn't reflect the quality, true it's a clean hotel and the receptionists are classy, however the service and amenities aren't crazy good. Breakfast was extremely bad, and you find absolutely nothing even half an hour before the end of breakfast time. I regret booking the hotel anyway.

Stay away.

Pros: Reasonably good location. Seems like a more recent hotel, updated and clean. Breakfast was decent. Cons: Front desk staffs were not helpful at all, a bit mechanic and cold. Beds were uncomfortable. Our neighboring guests were noisy. We had to contact the staffs for attention. Very bad room insulations. Most importantly, they seemed to be playing tricks when it was time to pay our bills. We were unable to pay with our credit cards. Not that there were errors, nor cards not approved nor accepted, it simply indicated "CANCELLED" on the slips. After 4 tries with different cards, trying with 2 different staffs at different times of day, the results were the same. We gave up and paid in cash. Luckily it was not a big bill. We did notice that the credit card terminal machines were not plugged in on stand by. The staffs had to bring it out and plugged it in, and we also noticed the staffs attitude during the process. They were indifferent, not surprised and almost like the "CANCELLED" results are to be expected!
