This was an amazing oasis in the desert. Reja and the team were incredible. Amazing food, pool was lovely and guided hikes. The staff did everything to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The views of the mountains at sunrise and sunset make the ecolodge truly spectacular.

Ouednoujoum is in a category of its own. Situated alongside a hidden oasis, it speaks to the inviting serenity that pervades the place and people. From my warm greeting with delicious Moroccan tea through to a generous farewell, it was with a heavy heart I left being so well-looked after. Nothing was too much trouble for the team: Reda arranging last minute transfers, El Yassaa climbing up and down to serve lunch by the pool, and Abdisalah (spelling) picking the last pomegranate from the grove as a thoughtful parting gift. The food; delicious and plentiful and I must also recommend a visit to the Hammam and Spa. Thank you to the whole team for making the stay so special, I will certainly be back. Au revoir, à la prochaine fois.

Cadre splendide mais trop de dysfonctionnements

Accueil au top, dans un cadre naturel magnifique, et nous avons pu bénéficier d'un surclassement pour 3 chambres sur les 4 !! Malheureusement, beaucoup de trop d'aléas par la suite : la robinetterie de plusieurs douches et leurs évacuations sont défaillantes (dont l'une inutilisable), des odeurs nauséabondes remontent des canalisations, tous les draps d'une chambre étaient sales. Au petit déjeuner, tous les verres et toutes les assiettes étaient également sales, à tel point que nous avons dû demander à les faire changer. Et mauvaise surprise au moment de partir : le réceptionniste nous a demandé de régler une taxe de séjour de l'ordre 4€ par personne au lieu de 0.52€ annoncés lors de notre réservation. Il a fallu s'agacer pendant 15 minutes pour lui faire entendre que nous ne réglerons pas 1 centime de plus que la somme prévue... Vraiment exaspérant pour un hôtel de ce standing !

Expérience magique !!! Lodge situé au fond d’une piste ( mais sans problème en voiture) decor de rêve !! Personnel d’une très grande gentillesse et serviable. Tout les services, piscine, hamman, mini salle sport !!! Chambre ( studio ) plein de charme, propre avec terrasse privée et vue à couper le souffle!! Repas du soir proposé excellent, local et petit déjeuner berbère de roi !!! Si vous passez par Ouarzazate, à ne manquer sous aucun prétexte !! Une expérience unique 10/10 !!

The Ecolodge was actually not open in spite of me having a confirmation. However, the hosts were more than happy to accommodate us and we had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Everything was absolutely perfect. Service, hospitality, food, accommodation (we had a tent) Thank you Said and Mohammed for making this a very memorable experience

Merveille berbère

Un lieu idyllique entre les montagnes et une oasis se trouve ce petit paradis perdu au milieu du silence et des étoiles. Un accueil amical, un souper délicieux, un petit-déjeuner succulent, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du couple de gérants furent juste sublimes. Nous avons eu la chance de nous retrouver seuls bénéficiaires pour tout le camp. Magique ! A conseiller vivement pour une expérience hors du commun avec toute son authenticité
