Love the Art and furniture in the common Areas. We only had Hot Water Once during our stay, luckily it 's summer down there... The staff were very friendly and helpful Specially Jimmy. That boy will go places.

Bem fraquinho! Banheiro minúsculo, banheiro não saia água quente, escadas desesperadoras até o 4ª andar e numa rua super barulhenta e pra completar uma senha de wi-fi que mesmo com cola leva 2 horas para pra colocar nos aparelhos. De bom, o AC e o atendimento das recepcionistas.

Pésimo Hotel, sucio y mala atención.

Realmente Pésimo, y por varias razones que a continuación resumo: 1. Pésimo check in, no tenían la información completa de mi reserva, tuve que sacar mi reserva de mi correo para que me atendieran. 2. Pésima habitación, tenia PULGAS, además de otros insectos, realmente pésimo. 3. La habitación además quedaba en un 4to piso, no había ascensor ni alguien que ayude con las maletas, pésimo. 4. En un inicio no querían aceptar el tema de los insectos, y sólo nos atendieron cuando les dijimos que teníamos las fotos y que las íbamos a publicar en redes si no nos atendían. 5. No se nos informó del horario del desayuno, tuvimos que reclamar para que nos pudieran dar el servicio. 6. La disculpa de la asistenta de administración fue querer darnos una gaseosa, tremenda falta de respeto y consideración. En conclusión, no recomiendo ir a este hotel es un atentado al turismo, deberían quitarles la licencia.

conociendo tarapoto

muy lindo hotel sobre todo lo amigables que fueron en todo momento , rico desayuno y sobre todo la limpieza .mi habitacion no tenia agua caliente pero no se necesitaba por el calor en realidad nos sentimos muy a gusto . regresria ahi sin pensarlo dos veces

Muy buen servicio

Hasta el 3er piso tienen ventilador y los demas pisos con aire acondicionado. Amplias rampas para discapacitados en todos los pisos. No hay ascensor y no tiene venta de snacks, el frigobar solo tiene bebidas. Existen locales cerca que dan servicio delivery. El servicio es de primera y tanto los traslados al aeropuerto como al local adicional de recreo (piscina y restaurant) estan incluidos. Se podria considerar un buen 3 estrellas
