"Convenient location on Lake Tahoe Blvd & easy parking. Rooms have been nicely renovated, but definitely use the earplugs provided as the street noise and any talking from the adjoining rooms is quite loud. Mattress a bit on the firm side if that’s not your thing."

"I would stay here again. It’s close enough to everything. I really liked how the building to get to your rooms was locked and you needed your room key to get in. They do have someone in the office 24/7 if needed. Even though this is on the main road, you do not hear the traffic at all."

"We had a fantastic stay at Black Bear Lodge. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning wooden interior that gives it a real mountain lodge feel. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal too, tucked away in a quiet setting but only a short drive from local shops, restaurants and other amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Came here for my honeymoon and was not disappointed! Great view from our 3rd floor balcony of the entire lake and the mountains. They left us a bottle of wine and some chocolates as well as a sweet note about our honeymoon. It was within close walking range of shopping centers and restaurants, which we definitely took advantage of. Such a nice stay!"

"The rooms were super cute with a pull out bed and a curtain divider to create two separate spaces. There was a kitchenette too. The activity room had games, fun for the kids, and karaoke. There was an outdoor playground and volleyball court. Perfect for families!"

"For $300 for 3 days and 2 nights, it was worth it. They had breakfast on site, staff was friendly, and Main Street was just a couple blocks over. Convenient stay."

"When I got there I went in to my room both of the beds had a lot of stain and the pillows had hair on them but the staff were very nice and they helped us a lot and they helped us get a new room so when I was inside the room it was better than the last room also the elevation lodge was close to everywhere."
