Hotel Dekat Tanyard Creek Park

"The property was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Our only issue was our shower/bathtub switch lever was broken so the water pressure was awful. Needs to be repaired."

"We were planning to be in Bentonville for four days so we reserved a king suite. It had a small sitting area with a couch, chair, and tv. That made it nice to return to the hotel between activities and rest for a bit before heading out again. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The breakfasts were standard hotel fare, but filling. My husband loved the 24-hour access to coffee."

"Great stay love everything about it."

"Great"

"The staff was wonderful, and the hotel was very clean overall. However, the room had a noticeable pet odor, and the toilet seat wouldn’t close properly because it was stuck against the sink counter. The lobby looked much nicer than the rooms themselves. On the positive side, the location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and Walmart."

"Everything was nice! Luxurious The Staff from front desk to cleaning were knowledgeable & helpful....the property is very nice..highly recommend"

"This was our first time to stay at the Avail and it definitely won’t be the last. Everything about this hotel is so upscale and sophisticated! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the Amp for a concert we were attending, plus there were so many great shops and restaurants right there near the property. Everyone was so friendly, and the rooms were very well cared for. I highly recommend!"

"Close to everything we wanted"
