"Overall it was an excellent stay. We loved the style of the hotel. We loved how quiet it was even though it’s in heart of medina, step away from souks. Staffs were amazing, always smiling and very helpful. Loved the selection of breakfast. GISLANE was very sweet and she made sure we were looked after. it was very clean, cosy, looked very very good and it’s a very safe accomodation. You can’t enter the Riad yourself, you have to ring the reception and they will come to open the door for you....

We were unsure because we couldn’t find any reviews online but turns out Fatiha (after working in riads for 25 years) has only just opened her own riad - 20 days before we stayed last weekend.     "Exceptionally clean hotel, very comfortable, wonderful staff - especially Ahmed who checked us in, was very polite and was on-hand throughout our stay to help with things. The hotel itself is very well furnished and maintained. Every corner is picture worthy. The rooms have everything you need - would have liked a dedicated iron and tea facilities, but these are provided when needed. Very clean and daily room service was done without fail. Location is within the medina - 15-20 min walk to Jemaa El Fna square, and you manage to avoid the craziness of the central area. The hotel is an oasis and highly recommended."
