La chambre était propre, pas de fenêtre mais ce n'était pas dérangeant puisque les salles communes sont grandes et lumineuses."

"CK Hotel is an excellent budget option in Malacca. The hotel and room were very clean, a short 8 minutes to the historical center, and a 15 min Grab/taxi to the bus terminal for only 7rm. There was a filter water station on every floor which was very convenient. Would stay again without hesitation. "

"We had an amazing experience here at the 5 Heeren Hotel. The location is superb, right next to Jonker Street, and the hotel itself is exquisite both inside and outside. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Breakdast was also excellent, with a variety of Nyonya dishes and desserts. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an unique experience in Melaka."

"Checkin process needs improvement, the mailbox was ‘empty’ when we arrived (20mins after checkin time). Had to wait another 30mins for the cleaner to bring us the keys. GF rooms have 2 AC’s that are linked to 1 compressor - they cutout in the middle of night causing as an issue as the room was too hot for the baby. Repair guy came quickly the next day and fixed it , but he told us it ‘happens all the time’, so not sure why they don’t just fix the issue properly. Presume it’s an overload as the...
