"Firstly, there is no Breakfast. That picture is lie and its from before covid. So don't get suckered into it like me. Secondly, the owner is not in site so unless u informed him of your exact time of arrival, you will have to wait 20-30 minutes in the scorching sun and heat for him to arrive. Then he demands cash only in local currency. I had to run around to get enough exchange to pay him. We stayed in Andalus room and only 1 room had AC. The kids didn't have an AC in their room. "The room was very clean. The breakfast was great and the view from terrace, beautiful. We enjoyed the experience of staying in the Medina. What made the stay great was the staff - kind, accommodating, patient and their hospitality was wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend and I would stay there again."

"This was my second time here at the hotel and as always the staff were helpful and veryy welcoming. The most comfortable stay. The hotel it self was clean and our rooms were cleaning sooo nicely and we had a nice surprise every time with the cleaner doing something decorative with the curtains or bed. I would definitely come back again and again to this property. All the staff at reception were always smiling happy and welcoming especially Achraf."

"First on our arrival, we were welcomed by gentlemen at the door and directed me to convenient parking, then the concierge helped us check-in in a timely manner with a quick information about the hotel. The room was clean and ready with fruit plate and walnuts, almonds, cookies. Dinner and breakfast were amazing with a professional service. We would like to visit this hotel again."

"The Riad style accommodation gave a sense of splendor and authenticity. The location was convenient being within the Medina and a 20 minute walk to the beach. The staff were warm and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. However basic in terms of amenities you have to factor in the price. There was a bit of loud building work going on which wasn’t ideal. Overall, would happily stay there again."
