If we had an issue, it was dealt with immediately. We stayed for 9 nights. Very nice hotel, 10/10, would stay here again. "

"Warmly greeted and the location is fabulous. Great for walks around the river right outside day or night. Right near the mall and other shops. I consider this the heart of Tianjin. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and going to the Starbucks Reserve within walking distance for great drink options. Also the food is great at the hotel as well. "
