The staff in the cafeteria were great and I felt like I had a lovely experience being fussed over (they treated everyone kindly). The front desk staff were great and spoke good English. The hotel is also next to an important bus stop that takes you direct to Shiratani Unsuiko and also takes you to the place you have to make a transfer for Yakusugi land. I also loved my tatami room which had a spacious bathroom. "
