"Can’t say enough nice things about the staff. They were nice enough to handle my laundry on short notice so that they could get it back to me before checkout. I left a hat in the room and they ran after me to give it back. The amenities and accommodations are excellent, but the dedication of the staff is what really makes this place special."

"The property is close to the main plaza which can easily be reached with a 5 min walk. Rooms are simple but clean and nice-European style. Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire visit. Beds were nice but very firm-if you like soft beds you may want a different style hotel. But I found them to be comfortable. Upon arrival, Manuel provided wise counsel about acclimating to the altitude, which was spot on.
