"The check in process was so impossible. I had messaged this property both through email and Expedia a week in advance and they never replied. To check in you have to call an AI that kept hanging up on me and calling me “sir madam”. It took hours to try to get check in figured out. The ways they wanted me to pay also felt suspicious and I had to check with Expedia customer support to make sure I wasn’t getting scammed. Room itself was great so it’s a bummer that check in was such a big headache...

"The room was clean, spacious and serviced every day. It provided good value accommodation and was ideally located around five minutes from the station. There is a tram stop outside and a short walk through the park and you can get to shops, bars and restaurants. It doesn't have a lift and so bear this in mind when booking. I would stay here again."
