"The room, the restaurant, the parking and the space were all excellent. Our only hiccup came when trying to use our breakfast vouchers, as we were given 2 children’s vouchers for our 12 and 16 year old sons. We had informed the front desk of their ages upon check-in, but only given the vouchers the next morning. We worked around it, (a 16 year old boy needs more than a single pancake at breakfast) but found the staff rude when we asked questions. The restaurant staff was incredibly understanding and helpful to resolve the issue with minimal out of pocket cost."

"I felt this hotel was very overpriced for what it offered. When I booked the room, the pictures appeared to show a hot tub in the pool area but when I asked about it upon arrival, the guy said there is no hot tub and it was just a kitty pool. Very disappointing but I guess I should have read the details better instead of assuming from a picture. The staff was very accommodating when he found out we had an accessible person with us, and switched our room to a main level with no issues. Once we got in the room, we were overall happy with how clean it was and The beds were super comfortable. When we looked a little closer, we noticed some things that were a bit of a turn off, there was a dark brown goo stuck on the side of the tub. It looked like something they could have scraped off, but just never bothered to and it just built up gunky over time. The shower wasn’t the best either, the pressure was really low."
