"The hotel is great. We were there just for the convenience because our flight to Paris was at 6am. But convenience has a price. And this hotel isn't cheap. "I have no clue how this hotel has a 9/10 rating. The hotel was so old and pretty worn out. The photos you see on the website is over photoshopped. I found a long hair in the bathroom floor and the shower walls were stained. "

"The Alex was charming, clean and centrally located. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The views are spectacular, especially from the rooftop restaurant/bar. The food was delicious and the staff was wonderfully accommodating and polite. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers going to Piraeus."
