"It's nice hotel"

"This hotel seems very new. It has a stylish design and interior. The rooms are well designed: bright and modern with good beds and a spacious bathroom area. The staff were all polite and helpful - they were kind enough to organise printing of some documents for us. Cleaning staff were very accommodating. The breakfast room also had a contemporary design. There were a limited range of cooked-to-order options, but there was a decent amount. Coffee was good, but tea would be better as separate bags...

"The attitude of the staff at the reception, especially at check-in, was a little unfriendly. I made a reservation for a grand apartment, but the sofa in the room was stained and dirty. Transportation in the surrounding Nha Trang is good. "
