Le réceptionniste qui se prétendait être le patron était impoli aucun professionnalisme et malhonnête. On a dû prendre un autre hébergement en urgence sinon on dormait dehors. À fuir !!!!! Il a refusé de nous rembourser. Une réclamation auprès d'hôtel.com est en cours. "
