"The location isn’t really convenient. Whenever we take a cab back, the driver would drive all the way down the road and make a U-turn back to drop us off. There’s not too many stores downstairs. Ordering take out is very convenient though. The delivery guys would put it in the robot and it would deliver it straight to our room! Staff in the lobby were really nice. "観光名所である西湖から少し遠かったですが環境も悪くはなく掃除のおばあさんがとても愛想よくて良い旅にはなりました。アメニティも揃っており快適な空間ではあります。予約時にデビットカードの情報を登録したのですがカードには請求が来ないと書かれているにもかかわらず金額が引き落としされていました。問い合わせてみたところ、デポジットとしての請求であるためチェックアウト時には振り込まれるという返信を頂きました。そこまでは良いものの、チェックアウトから１週間弱経っても振込がされません。備品を壊したりルームサービス等は受けていません。つまり私は料金を2倍払っているようです。その件についても問い合わせてはいますがまだ返答が来ておらず不安しか覚えません。国を跨いでいますし大変なのは重々承知ですが、もう少し対応を早くして頂きたいと思いました。心配性の方にはあまりおすすめ出来ませんが、内装も立派で価格はお手頃なので泊まる価値はあると思います。"
