The room was a little on the smaller side in comparison to what I am use too in the use. But the amenities were amazing. I would have love to give it a 4.5 as the staff and location were great. This is more of a personal preference but the beds were very firm, to be honest felt slightly softer then the floor and I am not a fan of electricity in the room not working unless the key card is in the slot near the door.
I understand it from a conservation of energy stand point but as a tourist I have battery packs and devices I am charging for my next adventures. This limited me being able to charge my devices while I was away eating or out for a few hours.

The airline lost our luggage. The staff were amazing with assisting receiving the bags and getting them to us. The lounge was the cherry on top with a great view of Tokyo tower and skytree.
