"It is a poorly maintained, tired building. It is in a good albeit noisy area. The staff did their job which really does not require interaction. It's a room that was warm and dry. Not more."

The only improvement I'd recommend would be smart TVs. Basic cable and all the commercials is annoying when you have streaming subscriptions you'd rather watch on a large screen. "
