"Location as others have said is very convenient to the ferry, Cathedral, restaurants, main harbor and shopping. Air conditioned which is a plus. There is a musty mildew smell at first (guess to be expected with heat and humidity) but room is very clean. 20 minutes downhill walk from train station. Rough with luggage. Take bus back. Bus stop short walk by harbor. "

"Lovely location, view, room, breakfast, pool area and staff."

"The property was close to the town and we felt secure. The owner was friendly and helpful and the property was spacious and clean. Due to it's location to the eateries it can be a little noisy til fairly late. But as a whole we enjoyed our stay in Lake Como. "

"The hosts of the property, Donatella and Francesca, went to extraordinary lenghts to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Great breakfasts, good wine, and a wonderful location all added up to a spectacular week. Look forward to the next visit !"

"I can't say enough about this property and the women that run it. It's clean and a close location to Bellagio, but when we got off at the wrong bus stop in pouring rain, Laura arranged for a coworker to come pick us up and bring us to the hotel. She also gave us a ride into Bellagio and helped to get our boat tour to be re-arranged. Amazing! Our room had a fantastic view and the breakfast was the best of our entire week in Europe. Five stars all the way for this place and the amazing Laura. "

"O local nos surpreendeu positivamente, Brunate é um local muito lindo, onde vc vê o Lago de cima. Em frente ao B&B fem um restaurante com uma vista sensacional do lago A acomodação em si estava perfeita. Muito limpa, espaçosa, organizada e cheia de mimos. Nota 10 em tudo."

"Neues/renoviertes kleines Hotel etwas oberhalb von Como. Mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Sehr nette Gastgeber, hilfbereit für Restauranttipps. Unkomplzierter Service, schöner Garten, privater Parkplatz am Haus. Neue, schöne saubere Zimmer, gut eingerichtet, gute Ablageflächen im Bad, alles gepflegt. Leider waren wir nur 2 Tage auf der Durchreise. Sollten wir wieder nach Como kommen, buchen wir gerne wieder bzw. sprecen wir gerne Empfehlung aus."
