"This is a very pleasant resort-type hotel in Rohnert Park. Even if you are not into golf or gambling, both of which are very accessible, this is a delightful hotel to stay in. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the amenities are great. We very much enjoyed sunning by the pool and the hot tub was great for relaxing. The restaurant is also very good with diverse options and great taste."

"Property did not look like pictures in Expedia. The place is extremely run down, a lot of unsavory clientele, no ice bucket, shipping containers and chain link fences with ongoing construction, bed was hard and painful, bathroom in disrepair, the only thing missing was roaches. "This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When I arrived, after a very long drive, I was not greeted by the staff but instead was given a hand telling me to wait as the staff finish a FaceTime call. The room was picked up and the bed sheets appeared clean was the highlight of this room. The shower floor was filthy and the door to the room was disgusting, dirty! Light switches felt sticky. Our AC semi worked but, every time it kicked on it sounded like a Mac truck was passing by....

"It looked like the property had been recently renovated in the photos but it is still waiting for renovation. Our room smelled overwhelmingly of old smoke and had burn holes (and stains) in the sheets. The ceiling was water damaged, shower rusty. To top it all off, the room was grimy. "Hubby and I had a wonderful stay. We stayed in the main building & it was a beautiful room. It’s in a perfect location to walk to eat & shop downtown. We can’t wait to return."

"Staff was nice. Carpet was very dirty and there was no elevator? It was hard to carry luggage up the stairs specially with small children. There wasn’t enough breakfast being provided."
