"Nice small boutique hotel with a old world style and furnishings. My room was small, but well appointed. Only wish the shower was nicer. Well located in the historic Over-The-Rhine neighborhood."

"We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here."

Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were all amazing. The only drawbacks were 1. The rooms didn't have refrigerators or microwaves 2. The parking situation. We were aware and prepared for the parking situation ahead of time. We thought we would try to save some money and self park though instead of valet. All of the elevators in the garage were out of order. Fortunately we didn't have a ton of luggage, but if we had, that would have been arduous. Overall though this hotel was great. We would...

"It’s ok . But they didn’t fixed the notes what we gave them for 2 days. They didn’t make clean up the room and fixed the beds or change the bathroom tiles"

"Front Desk Staff was super friendly and greeted us every time we walked thru the door. They were quick to solve the only issue we had. Which was only one bath towel for a room occupancy of 4 people. We all used one towel the first night, but the next morning the front desk gave us 3 more and apologized for the inconvenience. "Very reasonable rate. Staff was very accommodating if putting me in a nice room. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel with many options. Staff at breakfast was very helpful and attentive to any needs. Not to mention, being iconic as being the building from the opening scene of WKRP in Cincinnati!! Also, an easy walk to Great American Ballpark!"

"Convinient walkable location but no parking on site unless you vallet. Also no breakfast restaurant onsite, they have a nice coffee shop with to grab breakfast options. But i wish they had a proper order to cook sit down restaurant for breakfast. Room was big and spacious. Gym was good. Above average hotel"

"It’s just an old hotel, but staff and space always nice for the highway and water view. Elevators weren’t working properly but was t too much of an issue. They may need more staff f but always a great place I like to stay when I visit Cincy ."
