"Everything nice , two problems , nobody take care your room is you are empty on something need to go down stairs and ask is you can get paper toilet or a clean towel honestly . Bad in that aspect and off course the valet parking is expensive and sometime we need to run to get the car in the street because is full almost the time during the day in front of the hotel and that is no safe is a small space when you need to get your car "

"Really loved the property stayed on the 44 floor with balcony. Great view, Construction is happening so it is noisy mornings at times but nevertheless great view. Amenities were perfect the onsite spa is really relaxing. overall host was really efficient and if you have a vehicle they do accommodate parking if available. Will be booking again for every miami stay. "
