"We booked 4 rooms they only allowed three rooms because on of the room was for travel monk. We wanted to canceled all of 4 rooms but they wouldn’t let us do that at the end the monk had to look for the place to stay by himself. The charge was paid with cc they also would not refund back to the cc. "

"No one helps with your luggage at check .in front staff seldomly greet you when you go in or out.every where else we have stayed always greeted with a smile and hello."
