"We had a wonderful stay at Hope Sapanca Tiny Houses. The house was perfect for our family and the private heated pool was great. Being lakeside was great as this is a beautiful location. Best of all, the included breakfast was amazing. The food just kept coming. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice quiet vacation. "

"This is an amazing property, we are in hotels 100 days of the year and this was a great property, especially for Turkey. Great view, decor, the private pool was hot enough to use even when it was raining. Stayed in a few other properties in this town and by far this was the best. Good simple breakfast served right to our door and was hot. Staff friendly and helpful. Very patient we had a late arrival due to traffic problems and they were still there waiting and friendly. "New and clean hotel with a great view of the Sapanca lake. Breakfast was sufficient but not like advertised in the pictures. Tea was not drinkable unfortunately, I hope they change this. Jaccuzi available in every room like shown, and you really get what you paid for. During snowly days the roads are very dangerous. You should to take go to the end of the street to take the least steepest road otherwise the car won't go. Highlight were the staff who are always available to help and super kind...

"We thought that was gonna be a price-performance hostel but turned out way better than what we expected. Staff is helpful, rooms are clean, breakfast selections are poor but everything is tasty and fresh. TVs have netflix feature, if you have your own subscription then you can use. Very close to Sapanca’s coast by walk. Staff can direct you to authentic restaurants which aren’t tourist trap and overprice."

"Location is good. Right on he lake and short 5-minute walk to pedestrian sta in town with shops, restaurants, cafes. Hotel staff are nice, and there is a garden with swings and bean bags for lounging and playing with kids. But the rooms are too small for the price. For $236, our room had barely any walking space around the bed, a shallow closet, and a tiny bathroom, with a fan in the bathroom that leaked water all over the floor. "
