"Hotel staff were very respectful and efficient in their jobs. The room was well organized and cleaned very well. The hotel was well prepared to deal with hundreds of visitors, especially large tour groups. They seemed to have more than a sufficient number of staff to cater to the needs of all. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. English language speaking staff were very proficient."

"This was one of, if not the, best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff was so kind and attentive, the spa was so relaxing. Get the Japanese breakfast in the morning, it was amazing & filling. The gardens are lovely, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the lounges are a fun perk if you get them, there is gym access, it’s near the train station. Fantastic hotel. "
