"Wonderful staff, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast buffet that features local specialities (meibutsu) such as Nikko yuba in the chawan mushi, miso soup, local greens, etc. Property and bathrooms are a bit dated but our room was clean and well-maintained. Had free bottled water in fridge, slippers and bathrobes. Convenient location. Thanks to the helpful staff!"

The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and we felt comfortable during our visit....
