La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. "Don't think we've had a better stay in Gran Canaria. The place is fantastically located close to all the best places in Playa del Ingles. With the pool, mini golf, tennis and pool bar we had everything on-site we needed. The apartments are charming and comfortable, and good air conditioning! "

"Very spacious apartment. None of the furniture seemed worn-down, despite having an older style. There is only A/C in the bedroom, which is not a problem if you are not staying in the apartment during the day. The bathroom was also spacious, shower pressure was great. The toilet did not flush well. My room was located on the street where there were some small clubs. The music woke me up every night around 4am unless I wore earplugs and played white noise. "Very friendly staff with good food. Staff at bar and in dining area work so hard, my only gripe regarding cleanliness was the toilets by reception but this is due to the way people treated them rather than lack of cleaning I guess. Would definitely recommend for a family"

"Wonderful accommodation, very quiet and ample parking! However, air conditioning was weak and the unit entrance smelled strongly of moth balls. Lastly, the wifi was very poor and most concerning, when asked about wifi, the individual at reception claimed that she’d risk her employment if she said anything to management."

Lovely stay

"Very beautiful, well maintained hotel. The staff are very friendly, they do their best to help or point you in the right direction. Pools were clean, warm and not too crowded. The food (breakfast) had a wide variety and was kept warm. "

"Our family of five had an exceptional stay at the Radisson Blu. The staff were outstanding—always friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We stayed in a spacious three-bedroom suite, which was perfect for us. Each of the kids had their own room, and having a washing machine was a huge bonus for a family holiday. The hotel's location was ideal—everything on the island was within a 20-minute drive, making it super convenient for exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel to families; it truly catered to all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn’t have a single complaint. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"
