"Hotel is situated in a square next to the clock tower kind of hard to find when you get there you have to check in at another motel called Castle Ruth was very confusing.Parking is located a couple blocks away in a underground garage it all ended up being okay but it was just kind of inconcieint. Hotel itself is very nice and the breakfast service in the morning was great and super clean super well taken care of. "

"We loved every single moment of our 3 night stay in Garni Criss! It was amazing! The owners of the hotel are very present, lovely and attentive. They did eveything they could to make our stay there memorable. "I do not have enough good things to say about this hotel. This was our 15th hotel in 25 days as we travelled around Europe and it was our FAVORITE. We were happy we had saved the best for last. The restaurants were amazing, the concierge so helpful with hiking recommendations, and the location truly cannot be beat. "

"Our first visit to the Dolomites and we enjoyed this property as part of our adventure. Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Beds are on the firmer side. Balcony had an amazing view. (Recommend booking a mountain view if it’s available) Great breakfast buffet available. Friendly staff & delicious food both a great way to start each day. We especially liked the option to place an order from the egg menu, smooth coffee, homemade jams & fresh breads. "

"The room was clean and staff was excellent. Our dining experience was exceptional. There was a young man that stood out. It was wonderful to see him greet us at breakfast and dinner ever night of our stay. The dinner menu changed daily. Food was exceptional. Views of the mountains off the balcony. Spa facility. Such a lovely stay. Coffee excellent. "
