"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. "Stay was very nice other tjan the fact I'm a Christian and they jad the room stacked with liquor and wine alcohol period. A few soda abd a couple of bottles of water. It wasn't tempting but distasteful being that l was there with my grandchildren and 92 yrs old dad. "Clean beds and room. Area and environs seemed fairly quiet/safe. Somewhat dated bathroom but acceptable. Decent morning breakfast serving oatmeal, cereal, pastries, yogurt, bagels, fruit. AC unit was fine, but room tended to be a bit humid. Friendly attentive staff - front desk, housekeping, especially the breakfast attendant who were very helpful and eager to do a good job. Would definitely stay here again."
