"We always stay here when we fly out of Charlotte. The free appetizers and drinks are always a nice touch. The breakfast buffet if your typical hotel breakfast buffet with eggs, potatoes, etc. Jin at the front desk is always so pleasant. Check-in is quick and easy. The pool definitely gets crowded, but that’s what it’s there for."

"Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly enough. But pool was closed. This is a main reason why we booked this location and nothing was offered in compensation. Because they said it stated the pool was closed online. I couldn't find it on the website anywhere. The only offering was to have us cancel and book somewhere else. So that was extremely disappointing. "

"Everything is always amazing. I stay there every yr in March and I went down for 1 day to attend the game. The only thing was I should have been notified that there was a 100 dollar fee for dogs. Our room was clean no issues with the dog."
