"The heater/air conditioner was very loud and interferred with sleeping. Also, the television wasn't working properly, the audio and video went in and out regularly. But when I shared that with the front desk I was disappointed that they said it's a known problem there in the whole property. My concern is that they seemed to be nonchalant when I told them, didn't apologize, in any way, and didn't say that they were talking actions to resolve it. "

"This is in a great location. Right near a go station or even the street car that runs west to east along lakeshore boulevard and queen street. Highly recommend checking out port credit to the west for a night out as well as some of the food in Lakeview as well around the hotel."

"I stayed here as it was recommended by a friend, the area is great. You are close to the main strip and the water. The check-in attendant asked me if expedia offered me free parking and i said no- so she laughed and said they usually do- this was poor customer service. I asked her if she can offer me free parking, she said no and laughed again- super strange way of making customers feel welcomed. "We had a great experience that very easily could have gone very bad. Our room we had booked was no longer available when we arrived. We got in at 2am from a flight with 3 young children, so heading out room wasn't available was hard. The lady at the desk was very kind and offered us 2 different options for different rooms at no extra charge and we received a complimentary breakfast for us all the next morning for our troubles. "This is the second time I have stayed here for 2 weeks. Everyone here is extremely friendly and take care of their guests well. What stood out to me is the Manager in charge is always there to help out guests and his staff and always has a smile on his face. "My room had a strange T configuration and the bathroom was right next to the bed with thin walls. Even with the door closed, I could hear the toilet water running all night as it had a slow leak. The room itself was clean. I appreciated that there were no carpets. The coffee cups provided in the room were too small for the size of coffee the pods produce so I made a big mess. "Location Location! A great hotel, traditional finishes and some more dated accommodations than other options but the staff and convenience of the location really added the extra value. Clearly unique in that it's directly attached to the Rogers Centre but that also made it fun! Dinner overlooking the ball diamond was fun to take in as well. A classic stay, great central area and walking distance to essentially everything!! "
