"Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été extrêmement décevant et je ne le recommande pas. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que l'établissement était dans un état de propreté inacceptable. La salle de bain était très mal entretenue, avec de la rouille visible dans la douche. Les draps semblaient sales et usés, et plusieurs surfaces de la chambre présentaient des traces de saleté. L'impression générale était celle d'un manque évident d'entretien et d'hygiène. Cependant, le plus gros problème a été le staff. On m'a informé qu'un supplément d'environ 20 $ US était requis pour la quatrième personne de notre groupe. J'ai accepté puis la situation est devenue très préoccupante. L'employé m'a demandé ma carte de crédit. Par la suite, il a contacté une autre personne par FaceTime et a mis ma carte devant la caméra pendant l'appel. Je ne comprenais pas pourquoi mes informations bancaires devaient être montrées à une tierce personne. Par la suite, l'employé me demande de lui donner mon NIP à haute voix pour qu'il procède au paiement et il refuse de me donner la machine de paiement afin de mettre mon NIP moi meme. Je pense c'est un scam et un vol d'information bancaire."

"I paid over $900 to stayed for 4 days thinking I was getting a luxurious suite not one day I was there did I feel happy. The rooms are dark and depressing, the rooms are just like any average hotel room, No cellular signal, the wifi was weak, and breakfast was nasty every day. One of the days they served rotten fruit salad for breakfast. Trying to get out of the street the hotel is on can be difficult certain times of the day due to the location. Most of the rooms does not have a view."
