"We upgraded on reaching the resort to the Mirage Bab Al Bahr Beach Hotel, as the Bungalow was on first floor with steps which my mother could not walk due to Arthritis issues. "We can really recommend staying there. If you go by car to Sandy Beach it’s the perfect place. Everyone was really nice and they gave us a quiet room. It was a twin room but they joined the beds and we did not notice the difference, was worth the good night’s sleep. No carpet on the floor and a/c at 17 when we arrived let us shiver a little. "I mean for 40USD, I've stayed in worse hotels. I'd asked for a no smoking room but someone had clearly been smoking. The bathroom was clean and nice. The bed was good. There was a very bright blue light that blinked the entire night, and the walls are paper thin so I could hear my neighbors.
