"We were there 3 days from Saturday to Monday and cleaning service wasn't available on Sunday so the room was not cleaned at all. The aircon wasn't working well either.
The room is clean and quite spacious. The location is quite convenient in Chatswood. They took a security deposit that wasn't refunded when we left, even though the receptionist said it was already processed. I needed to ring them again to remind them. They said it would be processed manually only because I rang. "

"Really clean and tidy. 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and well appointed.
Beds are very comfortable.
I was really nervous about checking in out of hours with two young children. Other than being on hold for a while waiting to get through for the after hours access the process was seamless."
