"Very good"

"This was a great place to stay. It’s not the newest & could probably use some updating but very impressed with how clean. The lake view & access to the beach are amazing. Enjoyed the message from the spa & the best part was being able to use the comfy robes our entire stay. The ONLY complaint I have is the internet connection - specifically for the television. It was impossible to watch a movie. Would stay here again!"

"Me and my husband stayed here last year as a little getaway trip since I have been taking care of my dad who was sick for a while, came back this year for a one year wedding anniversary and the staff was so helpful. The front desk person Deana was amazing and upgraded us and even knew it was our anniversary , we love this place and Check is always smooth , fast and efficient , prices are obviously pricey but for the area it’s amazing and we love the area . Deana truly made our trip amazing and...

"The room was clean/nice. Parking was available and nearby one of the major area of south lake tahoe."

"Property was beautiful and centrally located. Wish there were a 24HR cafe option in hotel."

"I’ve stayed here twice already great spot"

"The best hottel"

"Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient parking, good location. Basic room"

"When you arrive, they have parking in front of the rooms. Our original stay was for three nights and four days and it was conveniently off the main strip of the shopping centers. They are pet friendly and have a little bin towels, and a sleeping mat for your animal if you end up bringing one. The rooms have a code that is given to you before you arrive for your stay. When we pulled in there was no manager on site and there are signs telling you to look at your email for instructions on how to...

"There was a loud sound the entire week we stayed here. Air in the pipes per the front desk, checked our room while apparently taking care of the problem alas nothing ever changed and the loud knocking sound persisted. Heard multiple screams from the room above us. The carpet here is gross, who would pick a dark black and brown carpet for a pets allowed hotel blows me away. Parking here is difficult if you come on Fri., Sat., Sun., or Mon.. Would help to communicate where it is okay to park when...

"Central location, near dining, shopping- enjoyed the quiet stay with front door parking- responsive kind staff"
