"The room was big and decorated nicely. The desk staff were helpful and polite, but the cleaning crew didn’t meet standards. One stood in front of the elevator as I tried to exit it, stared at me, unmoving, and then remained blocking my way off the elevator until I finally said, “Excuse me.” It made me nervous. Also, the bathroom in my room wasn’t clean. There was toothpaste spit in the sink and the whole floor was sticky. Finally, I was there on a Tuesday and was told that their restaurants weren’t open on Mondays and Tuesdays, so I had to settle for a fast food snack shop. On Wednesday morning, there was no on-sight restaurant open that served breakfast. The aforementioned snack shop didn’t open until 11 a.m. and had no breakfast food on their menu.There was a coffee shop, but that was it. There were no restaurants within walking distance either. I was very disappointed. "

"Weirdly shaped room but cool. Everything was very clean, it was pretty disorganized, but I think the students kind of run it so I guess that makes sense. Our room wasn’t ready for over a hour after our check-in time. "

"The hotel smelled so strongly of bleach/chlorine that it made my eyes burn. The room itself was so musty that it and the chlorine smell triggered my asthma within 20 minutes of being there "

"The room is so clean brand new everything was impeccable. The towels were brand new. The sheets did not smell. Everything was clean really amazing stay."

"Bathtub didn't drain right. No sheets/ linens for pull out couch. No front desk person so had to check in via machine to remote check in person. Printer on machine not working to indicate room number. Gave 2 keys but only 1 worked and there wasn't a person to help fix it. "
