It had a wonderful sea view and it was situated in such a convenient location to the beach, restaurants, the Cliff Walk, etc. The staff were super friendly and accommodating! The sun terrace had a great view and it was quite spacious, relaxing and it had very nice chaise lounges and other furniture. The breakfast served every day was so delicious and ready when we were. Everything we needed was taken care of by wonderful people. "I think it did the job but having to pay for valet parking and staying over Memorial Day Weekend pushed it to a price point it didnt really deserve. Location is perfect and the main reason to stay there. Staff was great and facilities are pretty good. We used the gym which was small, but had everything one usually needs. "I liked that it was basically a one bedroom apt. Clean, super convenient to everything. Didn’t live that window in bedroom didn’t open. Light over sink flickered consistently- so we turned it off. It was a little noisy due to location but that wa ok- I bring ear plugs. Staff was great and view from observation deck of sunset amazing !"

"This is a beautifully restored historic home. I can't say enough good things about the property and house and staff. We stayed in the Governor's Suite which was very nice and roomy and big roomy bathroom. I must say there are stairs. You must be able to carry your suitcases up the stairs into the house and into your room. Breakfast was very good. Good choices and good coffee.
