"The most important was very clean and close to the board walk but the only problem was no available parking space. I had to find a over night parking space and there was one around the corner which was reasonably priced for that time of year."

Coffee was fresh and hot in the morning, however, "breakfast" consisted of 2 types of dry cereal, a few slices of white bread (and a toaster) and an open jar of peanut butter. Fortunately, we had gotten donuts on the boardwalk the day before; there's also a Wawa just down the road. Big, nice-looking pool, but we didn't have time to check it out. Overall, nice room for a very reasonable price."

"If you’re traveling with kids, this is a great property to stay at. You’ll have a full bedroom as well as a living room and a balcony. This is the third year we’ve stayed here when we traveled to Ocean City and it’s our go to place. I look forward to staying here in the future. The property is only a short walk to the boardwalk. Highly recommend, especially if you’re traveling with kids. Also, the beach tags are a huge plus!"

"Watson’s would be lovely for a long term stay. The apartments are well decorated and well kept. The only complaint we had was at check in in the evening the receptionist was a bit difficult, but otherwise everything was excellent and we would stay here again. The cost of the room is well worth the environment. Three things to keep in mind; 1. The pool is in doors which we didn’t mind. 2. I thought the early check in was at 12 noon but went I went to check in at the front desk, Connie abruptly stated that the early check in is at 12:30 pm n that I could come back at that time to check in. She turned back to her computer screen and that was that. A little more kindness would have gone a long way since first impressions matter. "Easy check in. Room was clean but out dated. If you are looking for a modern hotel this place is not for you. If you are looking for an antique efficiency then this is the place. Was nice to see an older hotel that was full of beach bound tourist. Short walk to beach & boardwalk."

"I was wrongly charged almost $800 on my account thankful I saw it because when I called they couldn’t tell what it was from or why. They charged me a no show as well because they put the wrong dates in for my stay. It’s a bit expensive as well for what it’s I guess it’s the location. "I am not sure how this property received a 10/10 by so many travelers. The photos and reviews for this hotel were very deceiving. I will say that it is an extremely convenient location, directly behind Playland, but that also makes it an extremely loud location. The other positive was that we only stayed one night, and therefore had the ability to use the pool and two decently equipped showers on the last day. Aside from that, I would not stay here again.
