"The room was clean. The bathroom was extremely small. The front screen door couldn’t close. The bed was super soft - hard to get a goods night sleep. Parking was alright tight spaces. The staff on call was excellent helpful in answering questions and polite. All in all it was good for the money spent if just spending limited time. Like they say you get what you pay for!! We stayed only one night!"

"This is one of the older Residence Inns, the room had old furniture, very dramb walls, no photos; the toilet bowl color was fading; the kitchen had old appliances; no ice containers; The heating/cooling system (HVAC) was not working correctly. The front desk sent the engineer to check the system. His response, the system was not working correctly because the return air duct for that room was too small for the unit and it would take hours to warm the room. "Overall, found the staff to be very friendly and courteous; the only reason I was unable to give five stars was due to my room smelling like stale cigarette smoke, despite being a smoke-free room (no fault of the owners). The room & bathroom had damaged walls, stains on the walls and tiles, areas where something on the walls or furniture was either removed or broken but never replaced or repaired.
