"Wonderful cabin and helpful staff! We loved the natural beauty. We used as a base to hike to sunrise on Volcan Baru. Zip line was a kick. A bit out of the way, but worth it."

I consider that a significant misrepresentation. I suggest that it be removed from the property description They have a kitchen for their own purpose of serving breakfast, but that does not qualify as a restaurant "

"El piso esta sucio y te obligan a quitarte los zapatos para entrar y caminar por el lobby "

"The staff was outstanding, my left a shirt behind and they sent me a text telling me about the shirt. Also we had to leave two days early but had already paid for the room. They gave us a voucher for two night when we return. The voucher is good for one year. The room was perfect, there was no AC but you don’t need it. Just open the windows a feel the breeze."

"Only reason for not giving 5 stars for all measures is because they are constructing a new wing and a house across the street. Cut down on the peaceful escape i was hoping for. The hotel did send a notification (appreciated) but it was after booking on Expedia who offered no refund. "
