Tarangire National Park has some of the highest population density of elephants as compared to anywhere in Tanzania, and its sparse vegetation, strewn with baobab and acacia trees, makes it a beautiful and distinctive location to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Elephant Lodge. The staff were friendly and very attentive, the pool was clean, the food was excellen and the rooms were superb. Really enjoyed my stay at Tarangire Simba Lodge. The grounds backed onto the park. It was so exciting seeing elephants and other animals around the perimeter, drinking from a natural watering hole.
