The hotel was generally pleasant. They need to look their wifi speeds which are inadequate for working remotely and also look into changing the carpets in the rooms. The staff at reception could also benefit from some customer service training , exchanging some pleasentaries at check in and check out is fairly standard hotel practice and not too much to ask of what advertises itself as a 5* hotel. Generally great lobby and reception area,gym was outstanding, and great location for tram stops etc.

Absolutely spot on in every way. Exceeded our expectations, the hotel is very central to not only the Sultanahmet area but also for wider connection to Taksim and Asia side. Staff were fantastic especially Burhan, he has you covered. The hotel is immaculately clean, the rooms are extremely quiet at night and very comfortable. Transport access for both walking to key spots and for tram/ferry access is within reach. Would definitely recommend anyone (couples or families) to stay here. We will be coming back to this hotel for sure!

Staff was welcoming, check in was easy, hotel was at a walking distance from most of the historical buildings, even from the trolly that brings you to most of the sites. Clean and elegant.
