Our stay at Grand Kata VIP exceeded every expectation and was one of the highlights of our first trip to Thailand. Whether it was answering questions, helping with transportation, offering local recommendations, or making sure everything was perfect during our stay, nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel completely at home. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to enjoy everything Kata has to offer. After long days exploring Phuket, it was the perfect place to relax. This was our first visit to Thailand, and Grand Kata VIP played a huge part in making it such an unforgettable experience. We will absolutely be returning, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality. I have stayed here many times, I like the hotel, the location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, I always opt for Asian food which tastes amazing... The staff have always been helpful and friendly.
