"Die Anlage ist wunderschön, der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, die Gebäude/Restaurants, Zimmer und Pools sind toll und in gutem Zustand. Das Essen war lecker, auch relativ abwechslungsreich. Das Einzige was gefehlt hat, war frischer Fisch am Buffet. Es gab immer nur Fleisch und/oder Gemüse. Zur Abwechslung kann man in die beiden a la carte Restaurants, das Essen hier war ok, bzw. lecker im „Fine dining restaurant“ Was jedoch total enttäuschend war, ist der nicht vorhandene Strand bei Flut. "The staff was so helpful to us especially when my husband got sick. The hotel manager got us a driver to take us to a nearby clinic. Without that help he would not have recovered fast enough to make our flight. The staff was so concerned and let us stay in our room past our checkout time without charging us for an extra day. We are so grateful to them for taking such good care of us. We will never forget them or what they did for us. This kind of care and service is priceless."

"Wonderful place, for people looking to seek a different type of experience, we stayed in the lagoon bubble lodge, lovely view of the lagoon. Monkeys jumping on top in the morning which we were lucky to see as we slept. One of the best pools to swim and relax. Staff and owners very welcoming and helpfull. Lovely facility of boat ride to take you to otherside which by road takes 50 mins. Would definitely recommend to people seeking a luxury outdoor experience."

"The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely pool but it is far away in farmer’s field and very difficult to find. Google maps sent me in the wrong direction. There should be signs and clear instructions on how to get here. It’s easy if you take the right road from the main highway. Staff is friendly and helpful. "
