"For starters, we booked a 2 double bed family room (suite) but on reaching the hotel offered only a normal 1 double bed room, which was in the basement. After we pushed back, a dark, damp room with 2 double beds was shown, which was practically unlivable because of the dampness. So we had to settle for the smaller room.
