Notre séjour aurait été plus appréciable s’il avait été encadré uniquement par Soumia (qui est du matin). Elle est charmante, nous sommes arrivés plus tôt et avons laissé nos bagages. Au moment du Check in ce n’était plus elle malheureusement et l’accueil est loin d’être à la hauteur de l’établissement. Nous avons eu un refus de surclassement alors que je suis Gold Member et nous avons eu une chambre qui donne sur le patio du petit déjeuner donc impossible de dormir après 7h évidemment, on entend tout. J’avais alerté le monsieur du Check in sur ce point, que nous étions venus pour du repos, mais il nous a dit “qu’il n’y aurait pas de bruit” et que le surclassement était payant d’une façon très hautaine. Je suis navrée de voir que ce type d’établissement ne soit pas plus regardant sur ses recrutements. L’expérience étant le jour et la nuit entre les deux membres du personnel que nous avons eu. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est très cosy, le spa aussi, et le petit déjeuner était copieux.

We had an amazing stay at Aparthotel. Staff was great and very accommodating! Julia in the cafe in the morning was very pleasant. Nice touch on the free croissants and baguette in the morning. Our room was spotless and quiet and we loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning and late evening. We will be back!

The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. We did not try the breakfast, but they had croissants at the front desk for part of the day, which were complementary. The rooms were air-conditioned. Our room one of the three the five of stayed in was small, the other two rooms were adequate the one our son stayed in stayed in a room was nice for him. Our room needed maintenance and the carpets throughout the hotel are very worn out. The location was very good for getting transportation. There was plenty of places to buy food and restaurants to eat at overall it was a very lovely.
