"We had a fabulous stay at Cinque Terre Gateway! Michael went above and beyond to help us. We had a hiccup with our parking, called him on WhatsApp and he took care of calling the parking garage and getting the issue resolved. He was on his way out and spotted us pulling our luggage and introduced himself. He then helped with our luggage and getting us settled and oriented to the city. He recommended some fabulous things to do in the area including 2 wineries. I would highly recommend this...

"Anna was a lovely host, the location was central, close to the station, restaurants, cafes, marina etc The room was clean and comfortable with all the essentials provided and as a tea drinker I was happy I had a kettle in the room. Anna was warm, hospitable with good touristic information. She gave us our favourite restaurant in La Spezia and encouraged us to visit Porto Venere which was absolutely stunning. La Spezia was beautiful as were the people, I highly recommend La Loggia de’Banchi."
